Amy is also an established Native American artist and teacher. She paints medicine boxes, gourds, drums, and shields with traditional indigenous images and incorporates storytelling and language. She also finger weaves belts and bags, creates jewelry, beaded collars and shows and sells her creations at powwows and festivals throughout the United States, and now globally.
She was one of 36 Native American artists chosen to show and sell her art at the Smithsonian National Museum of the American Indian, Native American Art Market, in Washington DC 2019.
If you are interested in hiring her to teach finger weaving or other crafts, please contact her.
Amy is dedicated to supporting the creativity of indigenous artists around the globe, and hope you do the same.
